Who I Am
Giandomenico Pietrini > Who I am
From nurse to successful entrepreneur
Welcome to my story, I am Gian Domenico Pietrini, a nurse and entrepreneur.
In fact, my career, which began more than 20 years ago as a specialized nurse, took a significant turn in 2018 when I embraced entrepreneurial ambition by founding together with my wife Roberta “Villa Lucilla,” a place of care and serenity dedicated to the third and fourth age, located in Grottaferrata in the heart of the Roman Castles.
The creation of “Villa Lucilla” was not only the beginning of an entrepreneurial adventure, but it is a deep journey into the heart of the needs and evolution of our society, especially those of the elderly, who for the next 30 years will be more and more numerous.
Ethics as a Shared Value
Relationships with people come first for me.
I make my expertise available to you.

"Each stage of my professional journey has not only been a step forward in my career but also a milestone in my personal growth."
I learned that at the center of any health care activity is the individual, with his or her hopes, dreams and fears. My commitment is to continue to learn, to innovate and above all, to assist versions with compassion and dedication. because every day is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life, especially in his or her senior and senior years.
